Starting out as the Rock and Run 5K, Bloktoberfest had humble beginnings raising money for Shiloh Baptist Church on the 2200 block of Christian St in 2008. Over the years though, Bloktoberfest has evolved into an annual city staple, showcasing a wide array of beers, food, and music to roughly 20,000 attendees where ALL the proceeds are given back to the local community!
Since 2008, Bloktoberfest has donated over $350,000 to many local non-profits that further Bloktoberfest’s mission!
